Our aim is to implement clear hall structures with effective visitor guidance – in order to create synergies and enable you to make new contacts. In addition to the products of the exhibiting companies, the market segment and the distribution channels are taken into account when allocating the product areas within the hall layout. Stand positioning depends, among other things, on the internal structure of the respective hall, the desired stand dimensions and the availability of space or demand.
When will I receive my stand space proposal?
We will contact you from May / June with a stand space proposal. If you have not received a proposal yet, we kindly ask for a little patience.
Are there complete stand/ stand package offers?
Yes, you can book your complete stand with your online registration.

ContactWhat happens if I have made a binding booking for my booth but the exhibition is cancelled due to force majeure?
Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH will refund the full price of any stand rentals or complete-stand packages paid. No service charges, etc., will be levied. All other costs incurred by you are to be borne by your company. You can find further information on this in our General Terms and Conditions.
