Are you organizing a press conference at your exhibition space?

You have the option of organizing press meetings at the fair. We coordinate the various dates to avoid overlaps and publish your press date without additional costs in a list that we make available to accredited media representatives.

If you do not wish to host the interview at your exhibition stand, you have the option of booking a room via the team of the room rental department.

Visiting VIP or celebrity? Our service for maximum media attention

If you have invited a VIP / celebrity to visit your stand as part of your presentation, you can use the appointment to generate media attention. The media representatives will receive the appointment and can report on it.

Press compartments in the press centre

We offer you the chance to present company-specific information for journalists at our Press Centre (Torhaus, level 4).

The press display units (31x10x31cm) are big enough for A4 pages or alternatively for  two units for A3 in landscape format.

We are offering two services in connection with the press display units:

• You bring us your press material on the day before the fair begins (12 January 2026) and we do the rest, i.e., store it, check regularly that there is sufficient material in your display unit(s) and top up as and when necessary.
• We mark the press display unit with your company‘s name so it is even easier for journalists to find information about your company.

Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH processes the data you provide here in order to process your booking. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR.

Access to your data will only be granted to those bodies that absolutely need it for the purposes stated above. Your data will not be transferred to third countries. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling for the processing purposes listed.

You have the right to information under Article 15, rectification under Article 16, erasure under Article 17, restriction of processing under Article 18 and data portability under Article 20. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Article 7 (3) GDPR. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 GDPR in conjunction with § 19 BDSG.
