What is the Info Service?

The trade fair is only open to trade visitors; there is no entry for private visitors. Payment in cash and distribution of samples is not permitted.
Your admission ticket serves as your travel ticket
All admission tickets (excluding complimentary tickets) include free travel to and from Messe Frankfurt on public transport operated by the Rhein-Main Transport Association (RMV) within the entire fare zone. Tickets may be presented in either digital or printed form.
Voucher tickets must be exchanged for admission tickets in the Online Ticket Shop in order to use RMV public transport for travel to and from the exhibition grounds. Only redeemed vouchers entitle the holder to use RMV public transport services. Please note that online tickets are only valid for travel when presented together with a valid ID or passport.
