decoloop® Planning

Makes paper diaries and complex scheduling programmes unnecessary. Via a clear online solution, you can easily create work orders and schedule them based on the skills, location and availability of your employees. Using the built-in widget, consumers can easily make an appointment for advice or measuring at home via your website or webshop. When the product is ready, an appointment can again be quickly and easily scheduled for assembly.

After receiving an order via Decoloop CPQ, also known as Woontotaal, the work is not finished yet. Customers want to be kept informed of the status of their orders and the order must be processed quickly. This is why we developed decoloop® production, formerly known as AtelierTotaal. Decoloop Production is a simple, convenient online tool for processing all your orders.

Possibilities:

• Import of Decoloop CPQ orders entered by customers.
• Overviews of orders per customer, commission, article, status and more
• Outsourcing to other partners within the Decoloop platform
• Printing of production orders and various other documents
• Adjust statuses per order via scan stations and communicate these to the customer
• Matching of received products (fabrics) to orders in the workshop
• Controlling machines

You can provide products such as curtains, floors, interior blinds and much more with the right price and then the customer can order them digitally. The configured products are easily sent to your back office or production.
