Customers want to be kept informed of the status of their orders and the order must be processed quickly. This is why we developed Decoloop production, formerly known as AtelierTotaal. Decoloop Production is a simple, convenient online tool for processing all your orders.

Possibilities:

• Import of Decoloop CPQ orders entered by customers.
• Overviews of orders per customer, commission, article, status and more
• Outsourcing to other partners within the Decoloop platform
• Printing of production orders and various other documents
• Adjust statuses per order via scan stations and communicate these to the customer
• Matching of received products (fabrics) to orders in the workshop
• Controlling machines
