Specially Hardened Pinking Knives

The approved, specially hardened POLYTEX pinking knives are equipped with unmatched, precision ground, ultra-slim blades. This equipment improves cutting accuracy, reduces cutting force required, thus protecting the machine. It reduces “fusing together” of cut edges and is the basis of the efficient further treatment of fabric stacks on glueing and separation devices. These knives are distinguished by an exceptionally long life at acceptable cost. Bothersome resharpening is not required.

Cutting Boards

To extend the life of your precision POLYTEX knives, we recommend using our PENTEX cutting boards sizes 300 x 300 mm (12 ̋ x 12 ̋) up to 1020 x 1020 mm (40 ̋ x 40 ̋) as well as the DUROTEX cutting boards size 1620 x 1620 mm (64 ̋ x 64 ̋).

Double-side Adhesive Tape

For efficient preparation of colour cards with overlapping folded swatches (two-ply) or stepped or budded single-ply samples. Easy to handle: no fixture or attachments required, ideal for outwork. Accurate spacing of samples thanks to lined backing sheet. Suitable for all sample qualities.

Glueing / Mounting
