Our recycled fibers are used in regenerated yarn production through blending and mixing processes. The fibers are processed in carding and drawing machines to form regenerated yarn.

Fibers classified by color and quality are processed in open-end spinning machines, undergoing continuous quality control tests throughout the production process.

Robotic systems automatically stop and cut defective sections, ensuring flawless regenerataed yarn.

The produced regenerated yarns are packaged according to customer requirements using automated packaging systems and undergo final quality control before being ready for shipment.

Cotton, polyester, acrylic and wool blends are available from Ne 2 to Ne 30.
