Here's our recycling line to manage fiber, foam and textile scraps.

These machines transform production waste into a new material with a high level of resilience, by blending it with a minimum percentage of fiber.

In the same line, we have included machines to recycle polyurethane waste from which you can obtain foam scraps of the desired dimensions, to fill pillows, cushions and other upholstered products.

Once the materials have been processed, the output is blown-filled into the final product.

This line can be customized to the customer’s needs and can handle poly-oils, a wide variety of liquids and additive powders of various colors and fragrances, offering maximum flexibility and, above all, unique products to manufacturers of sofas, mattresses, soft components for cars or other types of shaped products.

Here's our system for the production of rebonded foam blocks with different densities, made from polyurethane waste and foam resins.

The PU scraps are shredded, mixed and then processed by our machine. The output can be used in mattresses and sofas in combination with polyurethane, memory foam, wadding, etc.

Here's our fully automatic line to blow fill cushions and pillows with different types of raw materials or blends.

This innovative system loads the shells automatically, accurately pre-weights the open fiber or other loose materials, which are blown into the product. The item is then sewed and labelled at the same time with no delays thanks to a back-up station for non-stop production.

The output of the machine is approx. 8 pcs/minute depending on product size and only one supervisor can run the entire system.

Upstream the machine is connected to our raw material processing line, and downstream it can be connected to our shaking and packaging machines.

Being the line modular, it is possible to evaluate with the customer the standard of automation required.

All our machines are connected remotely to our technical department and are equipped with intuitive touchscreens which allow to manage production parameters. Optional software are available depending on customers' digitalization requirement.
