Here's our low-pressure machine for the production of soft or rigid polyurethane blocks in discontinuous of various shapes, densities and colors.

This line can be customized to the customer’s needs and can handle poly-oils, a wide variety of liquids and additive powders of various colors and fragrances, offering maximum flexibility and, above all, unique products to manufacturers of sofas, mattresses, soft components for cars or other types of shaped products.

Here's our system for the production of rebonded foam blocks with different densities, made from polyurethane waste and foam resins.

The PU scraps are shredded, mixed and then processed by our machine. The output can be used in mattresses and sofas in combination with polyurethane, memory foam, wadding, etc.

Here's our line for carded fiber pillows and cushions from raw material processing to the finished packed product ready for shipment, with only one supervisor.

The fully automatic line is directly connected to the customer's garnet carding machine and includes the fiber rolling system that prepares the inner material for the pillow, the stuffing and sewing of the shell, the labelling and the shaking device for a high-quality pillow.

The line can be connected downstream to the packaging line based on customer requirement. Being the line modular, customers can choose the most suitable solution to their production requirements and can integrate modules at any time.

All our machines are connected remotely to our technical department; the line is equipped with intuitive touchscreen to manage production parameters. Optional software are available depending on customer digitalization requirement.

Here's our fully automatic line to blow fill cushions and pillows with different types of raw materials or blends.

This innovative system loads the shells automatically, accurately pre-weights the open fiber or other loose materials, which are blown into the product. The item is then sewed and labelled at the same time with no delays thanks to a back-up station for non-stop production.

The output of the machine is approx. 8 pcs/minute depending on product size and only one supervisor can run the entire system.

Upstream the machine is connected to our raw material processing line, and downstream it can be connected to our shaking and packaging machines.

Being the line modular, it is possible to evaluate with the customer the standard of automation required.
