Terms of use

Participation in the Heimtextil Trends presentation is subject to the execution of a legally binding stand rental agreement for Heimtextil 2025. The final selection of the materials shown in the Trend Space will be made by the trend agency Alcova commissioned by Messe Frankfurt.

The Exhibitor must provide evidence of compliance with the above requirements for the textiles. The responsibility for compliance with these requirements remains with the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor agrees to the criteria being made public (e.g., in the Trend Space, on the website, in press relation).

Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH under no circumstances shall be liable for entries that are false, incomplete or not published completely. Claims for damages will be excluded. All completed entry forms received by 31st of October 2024 will be processed correctly. Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH reserves all rights to the contents including printing thereof in full or in part, replicating them photomechanically or otherwise, and translating them. The place of fulfilment shall be Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The judge’s decision is final.
