For 3 decades our mission has been to provide recreational and healthy sleep that can improve the quality of life by manufacturing mattresses, beds and sleep accessories of utmost quality, 100% made in Europe.
TED-BED headquarters, production facilities, in-house laboratory and warehouses are situated in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, on a total area of 50 000 square meters.
We are part of TED CAPITAL AD - a group of companies, amongst which are an inner-springs and foam producing companies, wood factory, logistic and retail firms. We are vertically integrated to ensure timely and cost-efficient production cycle. We have recently opened the first fully automated foam-cutting production line on the Balkans, offering a variety of shapes and forms for ergonomical mattress and pillow cores.
Our extensive portfolio, which we export to over 30 countries worldwide, includes specially developed collections for the residential and hotelier world, cruise companies, hypermarkets and DIY chains, and private label for local and international brands. All our products are certified with the global certification OEKO-TEX Standard 100, class 1 against harmful substances.
As a recognized European manufacturer, TED-BED complies with the highest international quality management standards - in accordance with ISO 14001, which demonstrates that the company has taken on a public commitment to the environment.
All manufactured products and components are subject to extensive quality controls in our in-house laboratory, complying to standard EN/DIN 1957. Our testing machines simulate 10 years of extensive usage to ensure the durability and quality of all product developments before launch.
Being part of the circular economy is TED’s priority. Therefore, we offer fully recyclable products, helping for more sustainable usage of our planets’ resources. In the past few years, TED-BED has implemented lean and efficient production processes, with minimum usage of resources and waste, thus declaring our responsibility towards a greener environment. We use special technology to re-use the technological leftovers as recycled filling in the quilting.
Since 2020 TED-BED is an official member of the International Sleep Products Association – the largest organization of worldwide bedding and mattresses manufacturers, based in USA; Official member of the European Bedding Industries’ Association; Member of the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Woodworking and Furniture Industry.
