About us

The company was started in 1986 by a renowned textile designer Neeru Kumar, a graduate of the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. Two decades of dedicated work in the field of textiles, in developing, exploring, experimenting and innovating from the vast wealth available in Indian terms of diverse skills, materials and references led her to evolve her own unique brand of textile products under TAL. Her profound knowledge of the weaving process, as well as her commitment to support the craft sector has made such innovations possible.

Backed by a strong design team the company is constantly working towards achieving an unmatched combination of timeless, updated classics with unparalleled quality that provide a unique point of view.

The repertoire of Tal products include bedcovers, jacquard throws, cushion covers, wall hangings, and also accessories such as shawls & scarves which are immensely popular with all age groups. The product cater to both high-end buyers and provide a range of products that would fit into the value for money category. Most Tal product user will appreciate them for their practicality as well as for the beauty in colour, texture and design.
