RSWM Ltd., the flagship company of US $1 billion LNJ Bhilwara Group, is one of the largest textile manufacturers in India and exports to over 78 countries around the world. Its 11 manufacturing plants, with 478,000 spindles and 172 looms, produce high-quality cotton, mélange, synthetic, sustainable and novelty yarns along with knitted and denim fabrics.
The company’s unit at Kharigram, one of India’s most sophisticated plants, has 52,000 spindles out of a total of 168,000 at this location. The yarn from this factory is sold under the brand name ULTIMA® and is the finest polyester-viscose greige yarn in the Indian market.
RSWM has more than two decades of experience creating superior mélange yarns under the brand name Melantra and cotton-dyed yarns in various sparkling colors and shades. We produce 18,000 metric tons of mélange yarns annually on 75,000 spindles.
Established in 2007, the denim division of RSWM Ltd. (LNJ DENIM) produces 25 million metres of fabric annually in both traditional and innovative constructions and blends.
In an effort to contribute to climate change, RSWM’s recycled polyester stapled fibre plant near Jaipur transforms waste PET bottles into Fibre Green, our certified recycled
Polyester yarn. This factory manufactures fibre-dyed yarns and has a spinning and draw
Fiber line capacity of 120 tons per day.
Recently, RSWM entered into the knits business with a robust establishment fuelled by immense creativity by the name of LNJ Knits with a production capacity of 6000 tonnes in phase 1. It offers a dynamic product range that comprises knitted fabrics like Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib, Fleece, Flat Back Rib, Terry, Foma, Honey Comb, Pique, Waffel and many more. The product range on offer includes blends ranging from cotton and cotton blends, Modal, high-performance synthetics, Spandex, Nylon and many more produced using yarns made with exceptional fibres.
We believe in supporting a universal standard for sourcing organic cotton fibres. We follow the processes set by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) and the Fair trade Foundation.
The company holds the prestigious ‘Golden Trading House’ status and, has received Export Awards from the Synthetic and Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council (SRTEPC) for over two decades.
