Tricover FX for mattresses

Tricover DX is the first automated machine which encapsulates standard foam pillows and filling
sheets in interliner.

This ensures a smooth and firm finish, allowing the wrapped items to easily slide
into their pillowcases.

The machine is designed for high production output (max 60 pcs. in <14 seconds/pc).
L x W x H min:40 x 30 x1 cm; max: 80 x 55 x 18 cm.

Tricover DX can be operated as a stand-alone machine or incorporated in the production line. It features
a modular design, optimized for continuous production. lts aluminium construction provides a high
strength-to-weight ratio, enabling the creation of customized solutions.

The streamlined operation ensures foam products are covered non-stop with minimal downtime (15
min. fully automatic without operator). This efficiency is achieved using two spreaders and an automatic
first seal process.

During production, the operator only needs to load the left or right spreader with the patented Floww hank, designed for high-speed automatic processing.
