HOTEL LINEN
We are supplying hotel linen working in qualities ranging from T144 to T180, T200, T220, T250, T300, T400 and T600. Fabric is weaved on Sulzer or Airjet looms. Closed and open selvedge; both options are available. Our regular weaves for hotels are 1/1, 3/1, 4/1. Stripes in warp and weft side, dobby designs and wider width fabric, all are available. Finishing can be catered up-to 315-320cm wide. Weaving is possible for as small as 55cm and as big as 340cm and 360cm. The fabric is finished with mercerization, and/or shrinkage control sanforised under 3%. The fabric may as well be dyed pigment colours, reactive dyeing or VAT Dyeing at 90C. For Polyester Cotton Heat setting is done up-to 210C. Hotel business constitutes approximately 60% of the total sales. Made up articles are Bed Sets, Quilt Covers, Valances, Hospital Gowns, Table Linen, Napkins, Comforter Sets and Cushion Covers. We manufacture using the natural fibers such as 100% cotton, organic cotton and also Egyptian cotton or blends of polyester-cotton. Our Customers are luxurious hotel suppliers in Australia, Middle East, South America and Europe.
