Company G TECHNOLOGIES designs, develops and manufactures, through its brand BROSIOMECCANICA, machinery for the textile industry (in particular pillow and cushion production lines and packing machines for pillows, sofa cushions and mattresses), by using the most advanced technologies such as ultrasonic cutting and welding systems. This technology itself, of which BROSIOMECCANICA was a forerunner, represents the flagship of a production that has quality and flexibility as its main features. Ultrasonic welding ensures great production volumes and besides that, BROSIOMECCANICA’s plants may also be equipped with traditional cutting and welding systems/devices, that enable our customers to produce high quality cushions and quilts, allowing them to use fine fabrics, such as cotton ticking fabric for pillow-cases and different fillings like fibre, microfibre, polyester, feather. BROSIOMECCANICA is also specialized in producing packing machines for pillows, cushions, sofa cushions and mattresses. Modularity and ductility of BROSIOMECCANICA’s plants offer to our customers a wide range of applications, by combining different filling systems with various cutting and welding systems, within high technology automated production lines to manufacture pillows and cushions and to pack mattresses.
In line with what has been said, BROSIOMECCANICA presents, in this edition of Heimtextil, its new ultrasonic machine for microfibre cushions BM235RV, equipped with cutting-edge rotating ultrasonic units. A fully automated machine to manufacture finished microfibre cushions and pillows through ultrasonic welding and cutting.
