Bicomponent (bico) fibres combine the best qualities of two different polymers to enable innovative new uses.

Commonly used as a binder fibre in core-sheath constructions, our Polyester Low Melt (CoPET/PET) fibre bonds to other polyester fibres to produce wadding, insulation, filtration, automotive, and other products where heat is used to bond the fibres. These fibres are normally blended with solid polyester fibres or materials.
Other bico fibres are also available upon request: PE/PET, PE/PP

Beyond Soft are fine, hollow polyester fibres developed for blowing into pillows. They make a soft but still resilient pillow.

Available in 4 denier 16 mm cut length, siliconized.

Solid fibres with ultrafine denier below 1, enabling soft, down-like comfort in the endproduct - and better coverage with more fibres per kilo.

With the Neverflat series of solid fibres, we have developed fibres with good carding performance and bonding properties to low melt fibres, and a good resilience of the finished product.

Neverflat fibers are available in 6-25 denier, dry harsh finish – semi-virgin and recycled qualities.
