All above operations are operational under one roof., and this is the key to better quality controls.
Flat Bed PHOTO REAL Printing is our strength .. we are producing best quality photo-real CMYK printing .. and shipping around the globe. We also have 3 rotary printing machines .. with a capacity to print up to 14 colors .. and up to 914mm repeat designs .. and we are giving excellent printing results. We have set up excellent design studio to support creation/making of designs to achieve excellence in printing quality.
We are also doing very good quality institutional white linen in a variety of constructions. We have specialized in the processing/finishing of white institutional linen to achieve a multiple wash durability on 90 degrees laundry. We have two continuous bleaching plants .. a thermasole dyeing machines., 12 Jiggers and one I.R. dyeing machine. To support these dyeing machines we have installed 1 mercerizing machine .. and 1 sanforizing machine. All these machines have capability to process up to 300cm wider width fabric.
