The buffer tank is filled automatically by the upstream machine, e.g. carding machine, ball fibre machine, foam shredding machine, etc. A product sensor located at the top of the tank, by detecting the raw material, can automatically stop the feed from the upstream machine. The fill size is selected from the touch panel. The most efficient operation of the machine is during the filling of pillows weighing between 500 g and 1,000 g. After weighing out a preset amount of pillow fill, the raw material is sucked inside the pillow. Two filling stations allow to maintain the production continuity. While at the first station the filling of the cover takes place, at the same time, at the other station the pillow is waiting to be replaced. The filling stations open and close automatically using pneumatics and are triggered manually with two buttons by the operator.

Pillows can be filled with:

The following is a machine designed to fill garden pillows, furniture pillows ranging from backrests to seat pillows, teddy bears, beddings to bedroom pillows.

The set is equipped with two work tables with weight control of the final product. Pillows ranging in size from small to the largest can be stuffed and weighed quickly and easily. The process of stuffing the pillows is under control of the operator. Pressing the footswitch starts the ejection of the raw material (ball fibers, carded fibers, foam sticks and foam granules to other loose fillers). It is possible to connect another machine from our range, which can even feed the raw material automatically. The line is safe to use, fully efficient and has intuitive panels.
