The machine is very versatile as it can be used to fill duvets and even sleeping bags. The machine is highly customisable and different functions such - pillow and topper filling function - can be added to it later.

The Pre-Soriting Machine is used to sort feather. The machine is part of or washlines we are manufacturing, although it can be manufactured separately as well. This equipment is really impressive with its height. It uses quality electronic and wooden materials. The machine can work manually or automatically.

Filling material will be transferred from silo to the weight bins by vacuum. The weight is being monitored continuously while loading. Loading will be finished when vacuum stops. If the loaded weight is not between the previously set tolerance values the automatic equalisation will start.The control will decide based on weight, if the loaded material is too much or too less. It will start to add or take material from the weight bin until the weight is between the previously set tolerance values. The filling material will be blown into the pillows by filling fans.

The pillows must be put on the filling tubes located on the filling heads. By pressing the two hand start buttons the filling heads will close and filling will start. When filling is ready the machine will automatically release the pillow and the operator can take off the filled product.
