Show us why your product truly belongs in the chosen category. Share what makes it special, the story behind its uniqueness, and how it creates real impact. You are welcome to highlight distinctive features, sustainability aspects, or trusted certifications and supporting documents, which you can upload at a later stage.

To provide an even stronger impression of your product, you are welcome to upload certificates / pictures / product information or similar supporting documents here. Please note that the uploaded file size must not exceed 10 MB.

Please note that if your product is selected for the special presentation The Future Floor, it may be mounted using supporting materials such as adhesive or nails in order to showcase it appropriately.

You need to guarantee to hand in your product(s) no later than 7th of November 2025. Only products that have been received in Frankfurt by November 7 will be eligible for consideration by our jury.

Please note that by final participation in the presentation the Terms & Conditions of Messe Frankfurt apply.

The exhibitor agrees to:

• the possibility, that the exhibited products may be photographed and/or filmed by third parties. This agreement shall also apply to registered or unregistered IP-rights that are attached to the product or placed in immediate proximity. Messe Frankfurt is not liable for the production and the usage of these images.

• recordings and images of the supplied products (incl. distinctive signs and brand names) being published, duplicated and utilised for editorial coverage as well as for marketing and advertising purposes for Heimtextil in general and Messe Frankfurt, in whole or in part, in connection with other products, for commercial and non-commercial purposes, especially on the event and company website, as part of a promotion video, on social media channels, apps, print media (national/international), follow-up reporting, the intranet, also in the download area for journalists, archiving, etc. (with mention of the participant’s name, website address and stand number, where applicable). For this purpose, the recordings and images may be passed to third parties or companies and service providers (such as advertising agencies) contractually associated with Messe Frankfurt.

The participant guarantees that the provided product and distinctive signs/brand names are unencumbered by third-party rights and the described use does not infringe any privacy rights.

Messe Frankfurt Exhibtion GmbH processes the data you provide here, as well as the photos and other documents you send us, in order to prepare and advertise your presentation activities for us. The legal basis is point (b) of Article 6 (1) GDPR. We also process your data in accordance with the above declaration of consent. With your consent, we will save the data you provide here so that we may be able to contact you for further presentation activities. Your CV will be erasured after three years at the latest. The legal basis is point (a) of Article 6 (1) GDPR.

Only those recipients that have a compelling need to access your data in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes will be granted access to it. Data will not be transferred to third countries. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling for the listed processing purposes.

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your data are being processed, (Art. 15 GDPR); correction of data (Art. 16), erasure of date (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), as well as data portability (Art. 20). In accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR, you can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint pursuant to Article 77 GDPR in conjunction with. § 19 BDSG, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Hesse State Data Protection Authority.
