Rolled Process or Longways Method

Our state of the art machinery enables us to cut bales of cloth in slices, or alternatively, by rolling out the bale to cut it longways.

There are four methods of cutting the material in this rolling out process:

Scissor cutting and pressure cutting

Here the cutting line is open and the material can unravel.

Hot cutting and ultrasound cutting

Here the cutting line is fused together to prevent unravelling. The most suitable cutting method for your chosen product will be decided jointly with you in order to be able to find the best product for your field of application.

Depending on the elasticity of the binding, we are able to process the material in a straight line or diagonally. We can provide the bindings with a specific cutting shape, for a zigzag form.

You can bestow on your bindings a personal touch with an individual print or even offer your customers a very special design. Have your bindings printed with your company logo or decorate your bindings with creative patterns that exactly match your design.

We offer various printing processes and we will support you from the conception draft to the finished binding which will correspond to your suggestions. We print your bindings in one or more colours according to your draft or our suggestions. You can present us your own material or you can decide for one of the manifold materials in our house.

It is sometimes an advantage to deliver finished sewn bindings.

With a braided binding piping also known as a welt, a cord is added in the requested strength. We can deliver elastic or unelastic, single double or multi braids in various qualities and strengths of cord.
