The company also provides stretch fabrics in rolls to package mattress cover, pillowcases and pillows. Therefore, it’s possible to personalize both measures and finished products.
PADDING: Donato Martinelli also produces paddings for cushions, ideal for sofa pillows producers, filled up with fiberball SOFTYLEN® or volumized microfiber polyester MICROLEN®. The cover could be in non-woven or woven fabrics.
LOOSE FIBER: White loose fibers are entirely made with polyester flakes that guarantee softness, elasticity and volume over time. This product is available in 250 gr, 500 gr bags or 10 kg size bags. WADDING AND FELTS: We provide thermofused wadding from 150 to 1500 gr/sqm for bed linen and furnishing sector. Needle felts from 80 to 1200 gr/sqm for the furniture industry, ironing board covers, household linen. But there’s also a chance to use synthetic, natural or artificial fibers; both items can be packaged in rolls, pre-cut or shaped pieces.

MEDICAL DEVICES The company produces several pillows registered as class 1 medical devices on compliance with directive 93/42 / EEC, suitable for postural and comfort needs (of diverse kinds).

FIREPROOF LINE: Regarding fireproof articles, we have created two collections that include duvets, toppers, pillows and padding cushions.A first collection, certified and approved by the Italian Ministry of the Interior, with standard fibers and fabrics, which are normally found on the market; a second new collection, very special and offered in exclusive by our company, still certified and approved by the Italian Ministry of the Interior in October 2018, made with particularly soft fabrics, pleasing to the touch and with a soft, massive padding and with the effect of a last generation quilt.
