Fazal Group (www.fazalgroup.com) is a renowned name in the textile industry of Pakistan dealing in yarns and greige fabric.
Our yarn manufacturing setup includes 350,000 spindles and our fabric manufacturing setup includes 700 Air Jet Looms.
We planned to start a terry towel manufacturing plant in 2020, and it started its operation in Jan 2022.
The hallmark of our Terry Towels Project is our Italian-based Effluent Treatment Plant, Gas heated steam boilers (big brands are now pushing manufacturers to avoid coal heated steam boilers in order to manage carbon footprint), and first-ever LEED-certified plant to fulfill the sustainability requirements of our future customers.
The capacity of the plant is planned at 15 tons per day during Phase 1 and will be expanded to 30 tons per day in Phase 2.
Weaving, dyeing/processing & stitching is based on European machines/technology including the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
- Our goal is to sell high-end, high-quality towels, to the western hemisphere.
- We also plan on increasing our capacities gradually, whereby the building of the project is being planned to accommodate 30 tons of capacity.
- Due to in-house spinning, we believe we can be focused on quality, as we use the finest cotton to produce yarns.
- Each bale of cotton can be checked for its origin. Our spinning capacity gives us the advantage of producing different types of yarns.
- Fazal Group aims to get into various value-added textile products, with towels being the first product.
