The ULTRASONIC WELDING AND CUTTING SYSTEM BM154R, automatically welds and cuts the sides of the quilted materials produced by a quilting machine and cross-cuts and welds the quilted material into panels of preset dimensions. A PLC controls all the working parameters of the 2+3 ultrasonic heads, which can be individually adjusted. It also controls the quilted material feed device, in order to reach exactly the preset length for the cross-cutting.
