The machine BM235R has been designed and developed to manufacture Nonwoven pillowcases of a preset size, using automatic ultrasonic welding on all 4 sizes and by automatically filling them. Cutting-edge ROTATING ultrasonic units are used to obtain stronger and smoother seams. Ultrasonic stitching (welding) can even be customized to meet specific requirements.

An inkjet printer can be installed on the machine to enable direct printing of the label on Nonwowen. This machine can also be supplied with a labelling machine using ultrasonic technology for printed label insertion. In combination with our Loader with scales BM152, they make up a complete automated cushion/pillow production line.
