Recron® Fibrefill antimicrobial fibre is a speciality Recron® Fibrefill for bedding and comfort products. The antimicrobial feature of the fibres controls bacteria, fungus, dust mites, odour and staining. The fibre is safer to use since it does not allow leaching into the skin and also retains freshness for long. When tested as per ASTM E 2149-13a the fibre exhibits excellent AM activity.

Hollow Conjugate Recron® Fibrefill has been specifically designed to meet requirements of ‘springy and lively’ comfort. Recron® Fibrefill Conjugate ensures that the spiral crimps in the fibre are far more stable than contemporary filling fibres. Hence, products filled with Recron® Fibrefill Conjugate give better loft and resilience, achieve the same level of resilience and loft as with regular fibrefill even with 10-15% lesser filling. Well engineered hollow cross-section with up to 22% hollowness traps air between the fibres, making it fluffier, softer and lightweight. Recron® Fibrefill Conjugate also prevents the build-up of allergens, thus making it completely safe for use in Pillows, Cushions, Quilts, Garment Insulation, Upholstered furniture, Soft toys, etc.  

Regenerated Hollow Recron® Green Conjugate gives loftier, bouncier and lightweight products with excellent recovery and is easy to maintain with the characteristics of permanent 3D crimps and higher hollowness.
