Our facilities consist of Computerised Single & Multineedle quilting, Ultrasonic Quilting and an comprehensive infurstructure for Hand Stiched bedspreads which is varifed by UN WOMEN, UNESCO & the British Asian Trust; through our partner Kaarvan.

Ultrasonic Quilts / Bedspreads

We have a range of infashion commercial designs to produce on Tencel, 100% microfibre polyester and polycotton in woven fabric, Jacquard Jersey, terry and fleece or combinations.

On show we will have our 100% Recycle polyester range and combination range that is used in the retail & travel industry.

Quilts & Pillows

We have an extensive range of Duvet and PIllows in various fabric qualities and a range of fibres;

Our fibres are optional from Korean Virgin fibre to 100% GRS recycled fibre in 0.6D Microfibre to Ball Fibre fillings.

Ticks & Casings

Our techinical sewing department; is specially trained to produce the Double Piped Edge Inner Baffle Duvet Casings; with an current output of 40,000 per month, to be used for feather and Down duvets and pillows.  All products are manufactured inhouse to customised requirements in construction, AP Breathability and Hand Feel plus in the make up your require.
