Rolled Process or Longways Method

Our state of the art machinery enables us to cut bales of cloth in slices, or alternatively, by rolling out the bale to cut it longways.

There are four methods of cutting the material in this rolling out process:

Scissor cutting and pressure cutting

Here the cutting line is open and the material can unravel.

Hot cutting and ultrasound cutting

Here the cutting line is fused together to prevent unravelling. The most suitable cutting method for your chosen product will be decided jointly with you in order to be able to find the best product for your field of application.

Depending on the elasticity of the binding, we are able to process the material in a straight line or diagonally. We can provide the bindings with a specific cutting shape, for a zigzag form.
