We are located at Karur, the hub of home textiles in South India. Just hours away from Coimbatore, the ideal location makes us easily accessible to all the major ship ports like Tutucorin, Chennai, Cochin etc., and to airports in Trichy, Madurai, Coimbatore. Besides our showroom and manufacturing facility at Karur, we also have office at New Delhi for manufacturing value added products and specialised north Indian products. 

Our well-planned infrastructure is built over a vast area of 50000 sq.ft. Each of the processes is well-equipped with the best facilities to make it possible for smooth, uninterrupted operations. Besides our own in-house set up, we liaise with a reliable and competent vendor base that ensures we meet our clients’ requirements on time, every time.

DESIGNING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our main designing unit is located in Head office Karur. This unit is geared up with latest technical designing software’s like Nedgraphics, Adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel draw, etc and professional designers to give our products a unique look. We have a panel of team to execute In-house new development and buyer developments to fulfil buyer requirements.

MANUFACTURING
At pukra, we manufacture the best variety of home linen. We have our very own state-of-the-art weaving division that is geared to handle small-scale and large-scale requirements.Our dyeing unit is equipped to facilitate dyeing of both yarn as well as fabrics. The specialized dyeing units use Azo-free dyes and comply with the stipulated environmental norms. Quality control measures are taken to ensure colour fastness.We are well-positioned to produce different prints to satisfy our customers. We enable various printing types like Rotary, Flat Bed, Table screen printing, Digital printing, Plastisol, so on and the cutting is done with advanced machinery and labourers.For sewing the products, we have a highly skilled workforce and advanced machines to ensure precision. We have Juki sewing machines that facilitate different stitches and produce output of high quality.

CHECKING
Checking is done at every stage to reduce the possibility of defective products. A final round of inspection is then done by well-qualified supervisory personnel to make sure that the products have zero defects.

PACKAGING
At Pukra, we have a range of packing techniques to meet safety standards. In-house stuffing is done and the products are dispatched safely to the clients’ end.
