Messe Frankfurt Exhibtion GmbH processes the data you provide here, as well as the photos and other documents you send us, in order to prepare and advertise your presentation activities for us. The legal basis is point (b) of Article 6 (1) GDPR. We also process your data in accordance with the above declaration of consent. With your consent, we will save the data you provide here so that we may be able to contact you for further presentation activities. Your CV will be erasured after three years at the latest. The legal basis is point (a) of Article 6 (1) GDPR.
Only those recipients that have a compelling need to access your data in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes will be granted access to it. Data will not be transferred to third countries. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling for the listed processing purposes.
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your data are being processed, (Art. 15 GDPR); correction of data (Art. 16), erasure of date (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), as well as data portability (Art. 20).
