Private Label Production Process

At Ural Group Medical, we make private label production a seamless, high-quality, and highly customizable experience. Here is how we work with clients from first meeting to final delivery:

1. Initial Consultation & Specifications

• We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your brand, market, target customers, product goals, and design preferences.

• Key technical details are defined: pillow or mattress type, desired firmness, size, density (visco-elastic foam densities between 55 to 130), and special features (e.g. gel cooling, antibacterial elements, specific fabric types).

• We also cover aesthetic & design wishes: pillow shapes (with over 122 designs available), cover fabrics, embroidery, zippers, logo placement, etc.

2. Material Selection & Technical Design

• Select the core foam type: visco-elastic foam produced using water-based MDI (minimizing additional chemical use), for healthier, better-shaped foam.

• If cooling gel is needed, select gel layers or gel inserts (one of our signature innovations).

• Choose covers/fabrics (different textile types, patterns, embroidery, and treatments). For hygiene, we offer Sanitized® anti-bacterial zippers.

• Engineers & designers produce technical drawings / CAD / mock-ups for your approval, including seams, stuffing, quilting etc.

3. Prototyping & Sample Approval

• A prototype sample is produced (hand-made mould system) according to the agreed design.

• This sample is tested for shape, comfort, density feel, durability, cover quality, cooling effect, firmness etc.

• You review the sample, and any adjustments (shape, size, density, fabric etc.) are made.

4. Final Product Configuration & Order Confirmation

• Once the sample is approved, the final product specifications are locked: densities (within your chosen range), design elements, fabric & treatments, zipper style, packaging design.

• We agree on volume, lead time, pricing, packaging & branding (labels, tags, packaging design).

5. Manufacturing

• Mass production begins using our hand-made mould system + visco-elastic foam production, with water-based MDI to ensure cleaner chemistry and better foam shaping.

• We avoid unnecessary chemicals; no extra additives beyond what is required for performance & safety.

• Quality control at every step: foam density accuracy, gel inclusion (if any), cover sewing and fit, finish details, zipper and embroidery integrity.

6. Hygiene & Safety Features

• Our covers use anti-bacterial zippers treated with Sanitized® to protect against microbes, increasing product hygiene and durability.

• All components (foam, fabric, zipper) are checked for safety, regulatory compliance, and user health impact.

7. Packaging, Branding & Presentation

• Packaging is customized to your brand: we offer deluxe packaging solutions for better shelf-appeal, branding options, labels, tags, inserts.

• We ensure packaging is protective, appealing, and aligns with your brand’s identity and market positioning.

8. Logistics & Delivery

• Once production & packaging are complete, we arrange for shipping/delivery per your requirements.

• We manage export documentation, transport, and coordinate delivery so you receive the products on time at your destination.

9. After-Sales Support & Feedback Loop

• After delivery, we welcome feedback. If any issues, we work with you to correct them (e.g. manufacturing defects, customer feedback on comfort etc.).

• For repeat orders, we maintain data on densities, fabrics, shapes etc. so that product consistency is preserved.

• We stay up to date with your evolving needs (trends, new fabrics, new designs) and are ready to adjust or develop new models accordingly.
