Our state-of-the-art fully vertical manufacturing facility, is ably run by 300 skilled and competent co-workers. This enables us to deliver quality products to our customers adhering to their delivery timelines. We are currently managing the business requirements of our customer spread across 30+ countries.
Our manufacturing plant at Erode, Tamil Nadu, is two-hour drive from city of Coimbatore, a major airport in southern part of India. The Facility is equipped with the state-of-the-art machinery, consisting of yarn preparatory machines, Dobby & Jacquard looms, Soft flow processing machines and fully automated length cutting and hemming equipment. We have a well trained off-line Quality Assurance Team that ensures all our products pass the necessary tests, as well as ensuring every shipment is inspected and checked thoroughly before it leaves the factory.
We offer Terry Bath towels, Pool towels, Pool chair covers, Bath robes, Spa Linen, Bed linen, Duvet covers, mattress protectors, duvet inserts, pillows, decorative top of the bed, table linens, shower curtains and bath rugs for hospitality sector.
With a focus on eco sustainable production, we continue to promote sustainable business practices respecting the surrounding environment. It is worthwhile to note that we operate the unit under “ zero effluent discharge” principle & have set up a Recyclable Effluent Treatment Plant which recovers 85% of water from the effluent & saves the water consumption.
