Since its inception in 2015, Nandan Terry has become quickly established as a sustainable and preferred manufacturer of quality and innovative terry towels. A brand new bathrobe facility was added in May 2022 and capacity for this has already been increased in order to satisfy growing demand.
Nandan Terry is a vertically integrated state of the art facility from yarn spinning, processing, weaving, right through to high quality finished goods. Located in the western Indian state of Gujarat, Nandan Terry enjoys a locational advantage being more accessible to ports, hence cutting transit times. Gujarat state is the largest producer of cotton in India which helps the business to efficiently control raw material supplies.
Situated in Dholi’s spinning park campus, you will find impeccable workmanship and attention to detail demonstrated by our highly skilled and 1000 plus workforce. It is the expertise, dedication and efforts of our valuable employees across each of our departments, which continues to drive the success and accelerated growth of the business. Our in house Spinning capacity produces 30 metric tonnes per day of high grade yarn from cotton fibres as well as blends. Our in-house yarn dyeing facility allows us stringent controls in producing and carefully matching colours as per standards, whilst maintaining overall quality standards. ‘

We have already invested significantly in advanced Terry Weaving and Processing technology as well as increasing our capacity in line with the sporadic growth we have seen across the global markets we are supplying. Our looms maintain first class quality whilst running at even the highest speeds and our high speed air dobby and jacquard looms are fitted with energy saving devices as well as the most UpToDate terry weaving technology. Nandan Terry strives to ensure that sustainability is practiced in each step of the process thus preserving earth’s resources. The machinery and dyes we use are of the highest quality and any excess colour is removed with the minimum required amount of water….saving on both energy and water. We use best in class Biancalani tumblers in the final stages of production, to remove any excess lint by means of a vacuum process. Our wide range of terry products including bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels and bathrobes, are woven into a variety of textures and striking colour combinations, before they are stitched and packed at the same location then shipped to our customers.
