EarthColors by Archroma, Switzerland

Archroma uses non-edible waste from the agriculture and herbal industries to make fully traceable biosynthetic textile dyes to replace conventional petroleum-derived dyeing materials. Surplus nut shells, rosemary, oranges and beetroot by-products are among the ingredients used to create the Archroma palette of six colours. High price points for environmentally friendly alternatives are frequently cited as a bar to achieving sustainability in the textile industry; as well as respecting the environment, Archroma aims to produce cost-effective solutions for its clients.
