Kamal Mills Pvt Ltd was founded in 2004 which diversified into towels in 2017.

Starting with 46 Dornier German Air Jet looms for both Dobby & Jacquard towels, we produce high-quality terry fabric using single and plied yarns with variable pile heights meeting our customer’s demand. Moving forward, we have in-house state of the art MCS Italian dyeing & finishing facility with dyeing ranges from 50 kg sampling machine to 2,000 kg for bulk production. Also we have in-house yarn dyeing and Shearing machines to support our Jacquard looms. In addition to this, we stitch our towels on AZIMO Turkish automatic long hemming machines which does not only gives us accuracy but also add more value to our product offerings. Currently we are weaving 550 tons of towels per month along with 550 tons of processing and stitching.

Our future expansion plan includes addition of 46 more air jet looms including 12 Jacquards by August 2023, addition of dyeing machines in different weight categories along with 4 additional long hemming automatic machines which will enhance our capacity to 65 containers per month.

We are capable of making Super Soft Solid Dyed Towels ranging from 360 GSM to 800 GSM in different yarn counts like 12/s, 16/s, 20/2 and 24/2 pile and different qualities like Combed, Egyptian, Zero Twist, Pima, Organic and Bamboo yarn.
