MyZeil, opened in February 2009, is one of Europe’s most spectacular and modern shopping centres. With around 77,000 square metres, it is an ideal venue for shopping, eating out and generally having a pleasant time.
“With its extraordinary architecture, MyZeil is a new landmark for our city”, says Frankfurt’s Mayor, Petra Roth.
Light and transparency, spaciousness and nearness – with his plans for MyZeil, Italian architect Massimiliano Fuksas created a new architectural dimension with a variety of levels, interesting lines and unusual perspectives.
The multi-brand centre on the Zeil
With an incomparable spectrum of national and international top brands, each of the eight levels takes shoppers to different themed worlds, e.g., the ‘Walk of Young Fashion’ is oriented towards a young, trend-oriented target group, ‘International Place’ brings together fashion labels from all over the world while ‘Media World’ is a delight for fans of technology and electronics.
More than shopping
Vizz, the indoor playground, enables the whole family to enjoy a relaxed day in the heart of Frankfurt.
Covering 2,200 square metres on two floors, it is distinguished not only by a large play area but also by a lounge, restaurant and several party areas. Additionally, there is the Vizz Kidz Club for 4 to 12 year olds whose parents prefer to do the shopping alone.
All this ensures a good mood ... and a good appetite. Under the vaulted glass roof, restaurants, bars and snack islands offer a range of international specialities. And, when they eat, guests can enjoy the view over Frankfurt’s skyline.
