For the ninth time, in cooperation with the architecture magazines AIT and xia Intelligente Architektur, the competition will judge the architectural qualities of textile products and room solutions and present awards to the winners. Look forward to innovations and a great deal of inspiration. The jury consists of Andrea Joos (JSK Dipl. Ing. Architekten), Nicole Franken (Franken Architekten GmbH), Norbert E. Kern (Kern-Design, Innenarchitektur), Beate Weller (Büro Weller Innenarchitektur) und Claudia Gruchow (Prof. Christoph Mäckler Architekten).

Trend scouting

For the third time, the traditional procedure of the award will again be supplemented by innovative trend scouting. On the first day of the fair, some 25 architects visit all relevant exhibition halls and search for new generations of innovative products from the contract textiles, textile room-divider / sun-protection systems, wall coverings, wallpaper and furniture product groups, which are of particular interest to architects and interior architects.

The 15 most-mentioned products go forward into a second evaluation round and a second jury decides on the winners of the trend scouting.
